
Starting by preparing a hazelnut snack (not home-grown, bought from co-op sourced from organic orchard in Turkey). Deskinning hazelnuts for sweeter flavor: Roasted for ~10min at 350F, poured into napkin in bowl, then rubbed warm nuts free of their skins. Pouring out skinned, warm roasted hazelnuts (careful not to dump skins in the bowl too!) Good snack ? Cart of gear to go grow!
